Xiangyu Zhou is a PhD Candidate in education economy and management at Zhejiang University. His research interests include STI governance, big science, university R&D platforms and innovation systems. His current research focuses on the management of university R&D organization, especially to meet specific grand challenges and big science. During his visiting fellowship in the Lise Meitner Research Group, he will work on a study of the comparison of mission-oriented R&D organization around the world.
