The Mask–Arrayed Project Team Seeks Short Essay Contributions

The team of the MPIWG project The Mask–Arrayed invites short contributions on the topics of face masks and waste, plastic pollution and PPE recycling, and innovative materials. For these topics, final drafts are due March 31, 2021.Mask-Arrayed

Contributions should be roughly between 1000 and 1500 words, written in accessible language to a general audience. Various formats are welcome, including interviews, columns, essays, and academic texts. The editorial team supports authors with collected subject literature and peer review.

This call is open to early career scholars (including postdoctoral fellows) and doctoral candidates across disciplines. We are also open to considering contributions by journalists and authors outside of academia.
