IMPRS Digital Humanities Workshop

This intensive workshop organized by the Research IT Group of MPIWG is designed to equip doctoral students and advanced researchers in the history of science with an overall understanding of what digital humanities means, what the major methods are, and what the research applications can be. To distinguish from the monthly Brown Bag Lunch series on Digital Humanities, this workshop will span over two full days with an opening introductory session and three follow-up hands-on sessions. Each of the latter will start with a lecture-style theory before taking the participants into a dive-in journey to experience how DH practices look like in action. No technical background is required for participants.
