We mourn the sudden death of Antje Radeck, the former secretary of former Department III. Antje died completely unexpectedly last week. We have lost a wonderful human being. Antje shaped the atmosphere of the department from its very beginning to its end. In addition, over many years, she served as chairwoman of the works council of the Institute and made vivid efforts to promote the needs of both staff and researchers. She will be missed, therefore, not only by the colleagues and members of former Department III but by the entire Institute.
