Nuccio Ordine

Nuccio Ordine is a professor of Italian Literature at the Università della Calabria (Italy). He is a specialist of the Renaissance, in particular of Giordano Bruno’s life and thought. Among other works, he is the author of La cabala dell’asino. Asinità e conoscenza in Giordano Bruno (1987) and of La soglia dell’ombra (2003). During his recent stay at the institute, he has accomplished an expanded Italian translation of L’utilité de l’inutile (2013).
