Tamar Novick Awarded the ASEH George Perkins Marsh Prize for Her Book "Milk and Honey: Technologies of Plenty in the Making of a Holy Land"

Tamar Novick has been awarded the George Perkins Marsh Prize for her book  Milk and Honey: Technologies of Plenty in the Making of a Holy Land (MIT Press).

The George Perkins Marsh Prize is awarded annually by the American Society for Environmental History (ASEH) to what is judged to be the best book in environmental history. The award is named after the early American conservationist George Perkins Marsh.
