Jeffrey Kotyk Receives Honorable Mention for "Sino-Iranian and Sino-Arabian Relations in Late Antiquity”

Research Scholar Jeffrey Kotyk has received an Honorable Mention in the Virtual Centre for Late Antiquity (VCLA)’s Podmore Book Prize for his "Especially Significant First Book," Sino-Iranian and Sino-Arabian Relations in Late Antiquity: China and the Parthians, Sasanians, and Arabs in the First Millennium.

Awarded annually, the Podmore Book Prize recognizes works that make a significant contribution to the study of Late Antiquity through original research, innovative interpretation, or interdisciplinary insight. The prize highlights excellence in historical, cultural, and interdisciplinary approaches to Late Antiquity.
