About the Position

The Max Planck Institute for the History of Science (MPIWG) invites journalists to apply for library scholarships. For a period of two to four weeks, successful applicants will have access to the collections of the MPIWG library, including all of its electronic resources (for more information about the library, see the library page). It is expected for the applicants to have a clear journalistic profile and an interest in the history of science.

Applications should include a Curriculum Vitae, selected bibliography, outline of the proposed project to be worked on at the MPIWG (maximum of 200 words), and an indication of the desired period of stay (at least six weeks after application). Scholarships are awarded according to the availability of the library workspaces.
