Adrian Wüthrich

Adrian Wüthrich obtained his PhD in 2009 with a dissertation on the genesis of Feynman diagrams, and is currently a Research Scholar based at the TU Berlin. Since 2010, he has also been a postdoctoral researcher at the Department for History and Philosophy of Science, University of Bern, Switzerland. Apart from pursuing further topics related to his dissertation, his current project is entitled "Justifying the Existence of the Higgs Boson: The Logic of a “Five Sigma” Discovery,” and is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (grant no. 145409). For a more detailed profile, see my webpage at my home institution, the TU Berlin.
