Tal Halpern is an illustrator, animator, and multimedia developer. His visual and literary works have been featured in numerous venues both on-line and off, including Sundance Film Festival, Iowa Review Web, Zentrum fur Kunst und Medientechnologie Karlsruhe (ZKM), and Turbulence.org, New Radio and Performing Arts, The Center for Book Arts, Eclectica Magazine, and the Cortland Review.
